About this training

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual in the field of landscaping in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies such as perform site clearing and grubbing activities, perform rough grading operations, perform site preparation activities, install plants at designated locations as designed, install plant support, trim and prune landscape plants, perform weeding and cultivation, apply fertilizer, water plants, control and prevent plant pest and diseases.

Qualification requirements

Education (2)
  • Can communicate both orally and in writing in English

  • Can perform basic mathematical computation

Physical (2)
  • Between ages 18–40 years

  • Physically and mentally fit

  • With good moral character
