1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and submitting an application through the TLDC-LGU Intelligent Training & Analytics System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. Use of the System constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the System.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and apply for training programs, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Possess a valid Philippine National ID (PhilSys Card) for identity verification.
• Not be currently enrolled in another TESDA-accredited program for the same qualification level.
• Meet the specific entry requirements of the course you are applying for.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Each individual may only create one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.
• You must immediately notify the TLDC office if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Application Rules

• A maximum of 2 applications per day may be submitted online.
• Only one active application per course is allowed at a time.
• Submitting duplicate applications through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment. Acceptance is subject to slot availability and staff review.
• Applicants on the waiting list will be notified if a slot becomes available.

5. Identity Verification

• Applicants are required to upload a clear photo of their Philippine National ID (PhilSys Card).
• The ID image is used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.
• Uploading an ID that does not belong to you, or submitting altered or falsified documents, is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

6. Training Obligations

Once accepted into a training program, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled training sessions as required by the program.
• Comply with the rules, regulations, and code of conduct of the TLDC training center.
• Understand that slots forfeited without prior notice may be reassigned to other applicants.
• Complete all program requirements to be eligible for TESDA National Certificate (NC) assessment.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Attempt to access, alter, or interfere with other users' accounts or data.
• Submit fraudulent documents or false personal information.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit applications or interact with the System.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the System's operation.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or eligibility.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, disqualification from all programs, and referral to appropriate authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Local Government Unit of Bago City and TLDC shall not be liable for:

• Technical interruptions, downtime, or errors in the System.
• Loss of application data due to circumstances beyond the LGU's reasonable control.
• Changes to training schedules, course availability, or program cancellations due to operational requirements.

9. Amendments

The LGU of Bago City reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the System after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 7796 (TESDA Act of 1994) and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). Any disputes arising from the use of this System shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bago City, Negros Occidental.
